The summer of 2025 promises to be unforgettable. A group of passionate motorcyclists from KGL Racing is setting out on an epic journey through Europe – more than 6000 kilometers of curves, mountain passes, coastal roads, and cultural highlights. From Belgium to the Adriatic coast of Croatia, with motorcycle gatherings in Trebinje (Bosnia) and a final event in Umag (Istria), this is the ultimate riding experience.
As you’d expect from us, this tour is meticulously planned. Below you’ll find an exclusive preview of our itinerary, tips, and must-see spots along the way.

Belgium – Winterberg (Germany): smooth start with familiar curves
Winterberg – Salzburg: crossing the Alps to Hangar-7 and the old town
Salzburg – Ljubljana: winding roads through Austria to Slovenia’s capital
Ljubljana – Zadar: coastal vibes begin along the Slovenian Riviera
Zadar – Dubrovnik: stunning Adriatic views along the legendary D8 road
Coastal ride: Zadar to Dubrovnik
One of the most iconic coastal roads in Europe is on the agenda: the Jadranska Magistrala (D8). This scenic route winds along the Dalmatian coast and offers breathtaking views of the azure Adriatic Sea and its many islands. Along the way, there are plenty of opportunities for stops. Krka National Park, with its stunning waterfalls, is definitely worth a visit if time allows. The Makarska Riviera, known for its white beaches and dramatic mountain backdrops, is perfect for a short break.
Our final destination on this stretch is the legendary Dubrovnik, the “Pearl of the Adriatic.” We’re considering a night at Hotel Lapad, known for its classic charm and quiet location. A camping alternative is Camping Solitudo, the only campsite in Dubrovnik, located on the Babin Kuk peninsula, just a short ride from the historic center. For a truly authentic taste experience, Taj Mahal Dubrovnik is highly recommended – a place to enjoy delicious Bosnian cuisine.

The Adriatic Highway (D8) is a dream road along the Dalmatian coast, offering spectacular views of the sea and islands. Notable stops:

Dubrovnik – the Adriatic pearl; potential stay at Hotel Lapad or Camping Solitudo

Motorcycle Meeting in Trebinje
Just past Dubrovnik lies Trebinje, a charming riverside town. We’ll meet local riders for a regional gathering – expect stories, BBQ, and Balkan camaraderie.
Tip: Visit the Hercegovacka Gračanica monastery for panoramic views.
Bosnia’s Wild Heart
Sutjeska National Park – winding roads, ancient forests, and monuments
Sarajevo – blend of East & West with historic sights
Jajce – a waterfall town with lakes and a hilltop fortress
Travnik – historic spring and medieval fortress
Final Stage: Zagreb to Umag
Explore Zagreb
Ride through Istrian villages like Grožnjan and Motovun
